Manual shaping
The innovative design of our profiles is such that products can be bent to shape applying simple hand pressure, without any need for special bending or cold-rolling equipment. Once they have been shaped as required, the profiles remain perfectly stable.
Shaping on site
Thanks to their natural flexibility, these profiles can be bent to the desired radius of curvature on site, by the installer. There is no longer any need to order special components when installing curved plasterboard, which means no unwelcome delays, and no mistakes with supply.
Certified ceilings
Our patented profiles represent the only system available currently on the market for the installation of certified curved ceilings using plasterboard. Their structural strength is such that no bracing elements are required — e.g. timber centering — to achieve a faultless curved ceiling.
Built-in variable angle feature
There is no need to buy any additional accessory for setting angles: simply bend the lugs of our COBRA tracks to obtain the perfect starting point for the curved structure.
