Flexible profiles for plasterboard?
Our system for creating curved ceilings, barrel vaults and domes is made up of the COBRA flexible track and the CONCAVEX flexible stud. A simple and quick method for perfect curved ceilings!
COBRA — the flexible track for curved plasterboard
The COBRA track is a flexible plasterboard profile, fundamental framing component for wavy ceilings, columns, arches and curved cornices. Thanks to its extreme flexibility, curves of varying radius are possible, and the selected shape remains perfectly stable.
Certifications to EN 14195 and 13964: The COBRA profile for plasterboard is certified to European Standards 14195 and 13964 on framing components for walls and ceilings. This is currently the only product on the market suitable for the installation of certified curved plasterboard ceilings.

CONCAVEX — the new Universal Stud for curved plasterboard
The new CONCAVEX flexible stud is a special framing component for plasterboard, which can be used to create concave and convex curves (all in one) according to the bend direction. It is used in combination with the COBRA 30 mm flexible track, which serves as a perimeter profile.
CONCAVEX has been designed for the creation of concave and convex elements such as domes, barrel vaults, cross vaults, curved ceilings, waves, cornices and claddings for ventilation ducts, beams, corners and columns. A UNIVERSAL PRODUCT that provides the ideal framing component for curved ceiling elements.
